Ferry tickets include access to Cancun Scenic Tower for breathtaking views before departure
Another ferry company has begun operating the Cozumel-Playa del Carmen route. On Friday, Xcaret Xailing announced the start of ferry passenger service from the island to the mainland.
According to the company, the passenger serive will be offered every hour starting with a 7:30 a.m. departure from Cozumel to the mainland Playa del Carmen. The last ferry will run 8:30 p.m. from Cozumel and 9:30 p.m. from Playa del Carmen.
One way tickets for adults start at 249.00 pesos or 509.00 pesos for a round trip. Discounts are available for locals. The ferry also has a pet area.
