The American Society of Travel Advisors is proud to partner with Signature Travel Network to offer its Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) Certification program complimentary to advisors in its Embark Level 2 program designed for new-to-industry advisors with less than two years of experience. 

All other Signature travel advisors will receive subsidized rates for VTA certification: 

• $99 if completed by 12/31/24 ($300 savings)
• $149 if complete by 12/31/25 ($250 savings)
• $49 CEU every two years ($50 savings) 

This move comes as the Society doubles down on its commitment to professionalism in the industry. The four core components of ASTA’s VTA program include:

• Legal Insights: Protecting ASTA Member Agencies
• Ethical Excellence: ASTA’s Code of Ethics
• Legal Compass: Navigating Agency Relationships
• Regulatory: Federal Compliance for Travel Agencies 

Maintaining VTA certification requires four Continuing Education Units (CEUs) every two years. The four CEUs can be earned through a combination of coursework (minimum of 2) and/or Signature or ASTA event attendance.
