To accomplish this, Be Live Hotels has developed a series of measures to ensure that you can enjoy your next stay in their hotels with complete peace of mind, in strict compliance with the instructions and recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the standards premises designed by the competent authorities of the countries where our hotels are located, in addition to:

• Specialized personnel, trained and equipped with protective measures
• Creation of specialized management teams in each of the hotels
• Implementation of POSI procedures (Prevention of spread of infections) in each one of the hotels

 

Hygiene standards

• Reinforcement of cleaning and disinfection tasks in each of hotel spaces • Mandatory use hydroalcoholic gel dispensers available for guest and hotel staff • Use of approved products, from certified suppliers, who guarantee disinfection • Sanitized room for each new host, with protocol specific cleaning of textiles in laundries • Use of protective equipment (masks, gloves) by the hotel staff • Temperature controls with infrared thermometers will be carried out both at employees as suppliers

 

Food safety and restoration

• Be Live Hotels will keep the distance from security between tables, reducing and controlling the capacity • Adapted gastronomic service that guarantees the safety of their guests and employees • Reinforcement of the Room service for those guests who prefer this alternative

 

Capacity control and safety distance

• Interpersonal safety distance (at least 2 meters) for guests and collaborators within the hotel • Revised maximum capacities and adapted for all areas common • Different services with reservation prior (spa, gym)
