The Perfect Package

Be Live Hotels has created three wedding packages and three additional ones, with different offers from a lavish ceremony to a charming celebration just for two, one for every need.

Choosing the ideal package for you client can be very simple with the assistance from Be Live’s Wedding Specialists that will help you achieve this goal. All packages have a specific number of guests and you may go above that number with an additional cost that varies with each package.

Caribbean Romance

Be Live Hotels Caribbean Romance Wedding Package offers the chance to create a magical and elegant wedding in paradise capturing a delightfully Caribbean feel. Flowers for the Bride and Groom, a Gazebo with lovely white drapes for your ceremony and a Private Space for the wedding reception, that along with the rest of the amenities makes this package something special.

This package includes 10 guests and up to 9 extras.

Terms & Conditions

• CARIBBEAN ROMANCE is available as a FREE WEDDING PACKAGE when booking a minimum of 5 rooms on a 3 night stay each. If your wedding party does not meet these requirements, you can still enjoy this Wedding Package at an additional cost of USD$1,200.00 (taxes included)

• CARIBBEAN ROMANCE WEDDING PACKAGE is available for a maximum of 19 guests. If your wedding party consists on 20 or more guests, please choose from our Caribbean Forever Idyll or Caribbean Dream Deluxe Wedding Packages

• CARIBBEAN ROMANCE WEDDING PACKAGE is set free of charge for wedding parties that are up to ten guests. As in the rest of our Wedding Packages, you may include additional guests (up to 19 total in this package) by applying the individual supplement detailed in the package’s item list

• Rooms are not included in any of the packages prices. Minimum stay conditions apply
• All of our Wedding Packages require that at least 80% of the guests plus bride and groom are staying at the hotel where the event is going to be celebrated. Those guests who are not staying at the hotel and will be attending the event, may do so by acquiring a Day or Night Wedding Pass
• CIVIL and RELIGIOUS weddings are available upon request in each of our hotels (additional costs and fees may be involved)
• Prices of our Wedding Packages do not include costs of the Judge or Minister. All related fees and taxes around the before mentioned services will have to be paid on site by the client
• The complimentary digital photos service offered in all the Wedding Packages is only valid for those couples who have contracted a Wedding Photography Package from our professional photography company
• The PRIVATE dinner offered at any of our Wedding Packages includes a “Set Menu” specially designed for the occasion. In case you’d like to give an extra touch of elegance and exclusivity to your event, we invite you to discover what we have defined as our “CARIBBEAN DESTINATION WEDDING EXPERIENCE”. Here, you will be able to find a unique selection of WEDDING MENUS that have been carefully crafted to add an extra touch of distinction to your event. Please ask your Wedding Coordinator on the additional costs of these special menus

Caribbean Forever Idyll

The perfect balance between elegance and extravagance, Caribbean Forever Idyll Wedding Package brings the colors of the Caribbean to the ceremony celebration, with vibrant colored drapes for the gazebo and chair bows, evoking a romantic feel of tropical opulence.

This package includes a Cocktail Reception with a Chef’s selection of delicious appetizers that will enhance your client’s event and be second to none! The private dinner at one of Be Live’s elegant and exclusive Hotel areas with a Set Menu will undoubtedly be a delight for the guests.

Caribbean Dream Deluxe

With the Caribbean Dream Deluxe Package, Be Live Hotels will create a magical moment where every touch and every single detail combine to create an occasion like no other.

With a charming ceremony set up, a live Tropical Trio with your private wedding cocktail reception, three room upgrades for your client’s and their parents, premium bar with the private dinner and a Honeymoon package for two to start off the wedding bliss, and so much more, this package will easily become your favorite.

Caribbean Elopement & Vow Renewal

• This package is complimentary when booking a minimum stay of 5 nights or more in a Junior Suite or higher room category or 5 double rooms for 3 nights • BE LIVE COLLECTION MARIEN: This package is complimentary when booking a minimum stay of 5 nights or more in a Superior Deluxe Ocean View Adults Club or Family Junior Suite or higher room category • Please contact the Wedding Coordinator at the Hotel at least 30 days in advance to confirm the availability of your selected date. Reservations must be made with the Caribbean Wedding Department. Honeymoon Package - USD$250.00

This package is complimentary when booking a minimum stay of one room for 5 nights.

Honeymoon package includes:

• In-room bottle of Champagne & tropical fruit platter upon arrival
• Newlywed’s romantic breakfast with Mimosas in bed one morning during your stay. (Reservation must be made in advance with concierge)
• Romantic candlelight dinner for the couple (one evening)
• Rose petal turndown service (one night during your stay)
• 15% discount on spa services

• Please request your honeymoon package at time of booking • Reservations must be made with the Caribbean Wedding Department at the Hotel at least 30 days in advance the availability of your selected date. Anniversary Package - USD$300.00

This package is complimentary when booking a minimum stay of 5 nights or more nights.

Anniversary package includes:

• Welcome letter
• In room bottle of chilled sparkling wine & tropical fresh fruit platter upon arrival
• Breakfast with mimosas in bed one morning during your stay. (Reservation must be made in advance with concierge)
• Complimentary 55 minute romantic massage for the couple (1 time only during their stay)
• 15% discount on spa services
• Late check out for the couple until 4 pm (subject to availability and confirmed at the hotel)
