We all know that exercising keeps you fit, but did you know it can also ward off jet lag? Delta Air Lines recently teamed up with Equinox to create a workout to help combat one of the worst side effects of traveling.
Launched as part of a new marketing campaign for its A350 aircraft, which reportedly has been designed to reduce jet lag, the workout includes four low-impact exercises that can be done on the road, in your hotel room. No equipment necessary But the best part? The full workout takes just 30 minutes to complete.
