Contiki’s newest trips are a hit, earning a perfect Net Promoter Score (NPS) on their first departures.
Spanning Europe, Asia and South America, the new itineraries scored a 100 NPS, highlighting the brand’s reputation for creating travel experiences that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial travellers.
NPS is a global benchmark for customer loyalty and satisfaction, used by companies such as Apple, Microsoft and Amazon. Scores are calculated from traveller feedback on a scale of 0 to 10.
In Europe, the itineraries that scored top marks include Albania Beaches & Peaks; Ancient Wonders: Rome, Athens, Cairo; and Paris to Rome by Train, offering a scenic rail journey through some of Europe’s most celebrated cities.
In South America, new Peru-based trips such as the Lima to Machu Picchu Road Trip and Lima to Huaraz Trip showcase the country’s diversity, from the Inca Trail to desert dunes and alpine lakes. Contiki has also become the first youth-focused operator to include a multi-day stay in Huaraz.
In Asia, Contiki has reintroduced its China Adventure, featuring the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors and panda sanctuaries, and launched its first trip to Borneo with Borneo Adventure, highlighting wildlife and jungle landscapes. Indonesia has emerged as a standout with three new itineraries: Bali Island Hopping, Komodo & Flores Sail and Indonesia Island Hopping.
