Passengers in the economy cabin will now receive snacks and beverages on long-haul international flights within the America

Continuing its efforts to strengthen its value proposition, Avianca, in addition to its onboard sales products, will offer snacks and beverages included in the economy cabin on long-haul international flights within the Americas. This service is available on flights of more than 3.5 hours, with the goal of continuing to elevate the experience for travelers in this cabin.
On domestic flights and short-haul international routes, food service will continue to be offered through the onboard “buy-on-board” menu.
The new service adds to other initiatives the airline has introduced in the last months, including the expansion of Business Class Americas across its network (including domestic flights in Colombia, Ecuador and Guatemala) upgrades to ground services such as Insignia by Avianca check-in, the renovation of its Diamond VIP lounges at El Dorado International Airport in Bogota, Colombia, and the gradual installation of onboard Wi-Fi connectivity.
The company will continue to focus its efforts on connectivity, on-time performance and personalization, ensuring that more people can travel efficiently and safely while benefiting from a competitive value proposition across the region.
