News / American Airlines adds new Québec City route from Dallas-Fort Worth
This new route connects Québec directly to one of American Airlines’ main hubs

American Airlines has expanded its network from Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) with a new seasonal weekly service to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
As of Aug. 9, 2025, the route will operate every Saturday until Nov. 1, 2025, using Embraer 175 aircraft featuring premium cabins.
In addition to the Dallas-Fort Worth service, American Airlines has increased its non-stop service to Charlotte (CLT), North Carolina. The Charlotte route will run daily until Oct. 5, before moving to a weekly schedule until Nov. 1. These additions join American’s existing summer daily flights to Philadelphia and Chicago, providing more direct options to major U.S. hubs for travellers from Québec City.
The new Dallas-Fort Worth service is expected to be particularly beneficial for cruise passengers, connecting them to a wide range of U.S. destinations and high-potential markets such as California, the Southeastern United States and Florida.
