If you book an Accor hotel online on any Accor website and find (within 24 hours) an equivalent offer on another website for the same hotel at a lower price (excluding tourist tax but including administrative fees), Accor will honour the lower rate and give you an additional 25% discount.

The offer must be equivalent: same hotel, same dates, same room category, and same terms and conditions of sale.

Your Commission

Your commission paid quickly and easily!

Most of Accor hotels’ public rates are eligible for commission.

Rates eligible for commission are indicated during the booking process.

More than 4,400 hotels are “FASTCOM” certified, which means they adhere to a strict quality charter enabling that your commission will be paid within 30 to 45 days after the customer has checked out. This applies to all bookings made on travelpros.accor.com or via the GDS.

Your commission is usually a percentage of the accommodation cost net of any taxes (net of VAT and all local taxes) and varies according to the hotel brand and country.

The company authorised by Accor to pay your commission is Onyx CenterSource.

Commission is paid in the currency of the country where the agency is located. It is paid after the customer has checked out by wire transfer if you are a Onyx CenterSource member or by cheque if you are not.

For agencies with limited booking volume, Accor has created an exclusive programme called Threshold**, which allows them to avoid high bank charges for small cheques.

The Members’ Rate

The "Members’ Rate" is a discounted rate for members of the ALL loyalty programme - Accor Live Limitless - now commissionable for travel agents.

Not all hotels offer the commissionable member rate. To access the list of hotels that offer the commissionable member rate, click here.

When searching, the level of commission granted is indicated when the hotel offers the commissionable member rate. Conversely, if the commission details are not displayed, then the hotel does not offer it.
