News / Tulum to welcome new luxury boutique hotel in 2024
The hotel will be an ultra-luxe, eco-chic jungle oasis featuring 45 guestrooms and 95 branded one- and two-bedroom residences
Accor is set to open its first MGallery Hotel & Residences in Mexico in 2024.
Located in Tulum, the Mayaliah Tulum Hotel & Residences – MGallery Hotel Collection is a joint venture between the hospitality group and Inmobilia, a leading premium real estate developer in Southern Mexico. Upon its debut, the hotel will be an ultra-luxe, eco-chic jungle oasis featuring 45 guestrooms and 95 branded one- and two-bedroom residences.
“We are thrilled to continue expanding our portfolio in North & Central America, and for the opportunity to bring the MGallery Hotel Collection brand to Mexico, with Accor’s very first hotel in the paradise of Tulum,” said Heather McCrory, CEO of Accor North & Central America. “With its own unique personality and special story to tell, the property will be a remarkable addition to MGallery’s distinctive collection of boutique hotels.”
Located within the premium community of Aldea Zamá, Mayaliah Tulum Hotel & Residences – MGallery Hotel Collection will feature elevated dining experiences at its four restaurants and bars, including a rooftop bar, that will showcase Mexican cuisine and cocktails that highlight local ingredients. There’ll also be a pool, a spa and fitness centre and a dedicated space for indoor and outdoor art exhibitions, as well as a Tulum-inspired market that will bring together local vendors.
