In efforts to improve the experience for all guests traveling to and staying at Sandos Caracol Eco Resort, the resort has now introduced the Sandos Stay App, the same program that was introduced for guests staying at Sandos Playacar a month ago. Through various features, guests staying at the resort will have easier access to what the hotel offers, all accessible from their smart devices; phone, tablet, and laptop.

The Sandos Stay App will allow guests to be more aware of what's going on within the resort, including restaurant times of operation, tours available, and the All Nature Experience activities program. Guests will also be able to book spa treatments, contact the concierge, and order room service, among other things. All guests have to do is locate and scan a QR code conveniently situated around the hotel to access the Sandos Stay App, which will allow them access to everything mentioned above and more.

With this, there are already two complexes in the chain with a Stay App. It is a tool that facilitates access to information and aims to make the stay more comfortable and, above all, efficient.
