The new offerings form part of a broader culinary evolution that places greater emphasis on local ingredients, island-inspired storytelling and immersive dining experiences

Sandals Resorts has unveiled new food and beverage concepts set to debut across Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Caribbean Cay and Sandals South Coast as part of the company’s US$200 million transformation of the three Jamaica properties.

According to Sandals, the new offerings form part of a broader culinary evolution that places greater emphasis on local ingredients, island-inspired storytelling and immersive dining experiences designed to connect guests with the flavours and traditions of Jamaica.

Sandals South Coast is scheduled to reopen on Nov. 18, 2026. Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Caribbean Cay are slated to reopen on Dec. 18, 2026.

Sandals Montego Bay

At Sandals Montego Bay, guests will have access to 11 dining options, including several new concepts.

The resort’s BLŪM coffee shop will serve Jamaica’s Blue Mountain coffee, while a new lobby bar will enhance the arrival experience.

Among the new venues is Bay Roc Rum Bar, which pays tribute to the former Bay Roc Hotel & Villas and will feature local artwork, memorabilia, vinyl records and themed cocktails inspired by Jamaican music from the 1950s through the 1970s.

Buccan, the family-style restaurant first introduced at Sandals Saint Vincent in 2024, will make its Jamaica debut. Located on the waterfront, the restaurant will showcase dishes inspired by Jamaica’s parishes through open-fire cooking and communal dining.

The new Parisol Beach Club will feature the brand’s first swim-up pool bar, a Jerk Shack and a made-to-order pizza counter, while Scrimshaw will specialize in seafood. Heart & Sol will offer smoothies and salads, and Tesoro will transition from global cuisine by day to Italian fare in the evening.

Returning favourites include Butch’s Island Chop House and Soy.

Sandals Caribbean Cay

A key addition at Sandals Caribbean Cay is Suppa, a new restaurant inspired by the Jamaican tradition of gathering around the table for Sunday dinner. Designed to resemble a Jamaican home, the restaurant will feature a shared set-menu experience rooted in local flavours and culture.

The new Keynote Rum Bar will serve as the ‘front door’ to Suppa, while Parisol Beach Club will debut on the resort’s private offshore island, offering dining, cocktails and a swim-up pool bar. The island – accessible only by boat – will also feature a new Jerk Shack and shaded palapas.

Additional venues will include The Strand beach grill concept, BLŪM, Heart & Sol and Tesoro. Bombay and The Cricketers Pub will remain part of the dining lineup.

Sandals South Coast

At Sandals South Coast, BLŪM will offer Blue Mountain coffee and pastries, while Butch’s Island Chop House will make its debut on Jamaica’s south coast alongside a dedicated martini bar.

Other dining venues will continue to include Jasmine’s, Schooners, Neptunes, Sushi on the Sand, Bayside, Giuseppe’s, Jerk Shack and Chick ‘N Dippers.

In early 2027, the resort will add the B-Side Rum Bar, a second-storey venue serving craft cocktails, snacks and small plates.
