A cutting-edge learning and sales companion for travel advisors
June 21 - The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. has collaborated with TravPRO Mobile to create a cutting-edge learning and sales companion for travel advisors. The platform provides advisors with insider access to a wealth of product resources and sales support for Leading Hotels’ more than 400 worldwide members.
The new training and sales platform begins with an interactive learning experience that provides an overview of the brand and its members. This includes information on membership qualifications, remarkable on-property experiences, and insider advice on working directly with Leading Hotels’ specialized reservations and sales teams.
A multi-modal approach is used throughout the platform. This maximizes learning, retention, promotion, and future sales success through audio-visual components, interactive questions, and content that is easily shareable with clients. The platform has a responsive design, so from browser to tablet to phone, advisors can seamlessly learn, promote and sell the portfolio on their own schedule and even offline when using the mobile apps.
Travel advisors will build upon their “Leading Insider” status as they progress through chapters on such topics as private residences and villas, as well as outdoor experiences featured at properties worldwide. Once training chapters have been completed, Leading Insiders have full access to the Retain section which condenses product knowledge from the training module into a 24/7 resource which can be used as a quick refresher or even as an impromptu sales presentation with clients and prospects. Content will be updated on an ongoing basis by the Leading Hotels team to ensure advisors can continuously learn about member and brand developments.
The new platform goes well beyond training by enabling advisors to promote and sell the Leading Hotels portfolio confidently with quick-shareables in the Promote section like stunning hotel imagery, member special offers, and inspiring itinerary ideas. The Sell section provides deep sales support and resources so advisors can make bookings anytime, anywhere. Also integral to the platform is a complete Hotel Directory of Leading Hotels’ 400+ member properties, searchable by destination, with a Hotel Spotlights area featuring multi-media showcases on individual properties which advisors can share with prospects with one click or tap.
Travel advisors may register and begin the web-based program now at leadingaccess.lhw.com. Mobile apps will be available in the near future at the App Store or Google Play store.
