With this move, the chain now operates six establishments across the United States, with a presence in New York, Chicago, Boston, and Miami—where it runs two hotels—and now also in the nation’s capital

Eurostars Hotel Company, a Hotusa Group hotel chain, continues to strengthen its expansion in the United States with the acquisition of the Eurostars St. Gregory 4*, an elegant hotel located between Georgetown and Dupont Circle, two of Washington D.C.’s most iconic neighborhoods. The hotel is also within close proximity to landmarks such as the White House, the National Mall and the Kennedy Center.
The Eurostars St. Gregory 4* features sophisticated 1950s-inspired mid-century modern interiors, offering a refined ambiance throughout. Its 156 rooms provide a serene, welcoming environment, enhanced by large windows that flood the space with natural light and tasteful decor in warm hues. Among the hotel’s standout facilities is a range of versatile and well-equipped event spaces, ideal for both corporate meetings and private celebrations, with capacity for up to 200 guests. The property also features a signature dining venue, the Ellington Park Bistro.
According to Amancio López, president of Hotusa Group, “The United States is one of the most strategic markets for expanding our operations. The acquisition of this hotel in Washington D.C. marks our third transaction in the country in less than a year, following those in Boston and Miami. This arrival in the U.S. capital is a key milestone in our international growth strategy, not only due to its institutional significance but also because of its thriving business activity and strong appeal as a tourist destination.”
“With the addition of the Eurostars St. Gregory 4*,” he continued, “we reaffirm our commitment to offering distinctive, well-located hotels that meet the needs of both business travelers and holidaymakers.”
