Disneyland® Resort 70th Celebration

Beginning May 16, 2025, and continuing through summer 2026, the Disneyland® Resort 70th Celebration will honor seven decades of happiness. Guests will be able to “celebrate happy” with limited-time entertainment, food and beverages, collectible merchandise, and much more. Brilliant, colorful décor will adorn the entire resort, including an elegant medallion on Sleeping Beauty Castle. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and their pals will all come dressed for the celebration. You'll find new and returning favorite experiences across the entire resort. At Disneyland® Park, the enchanting "Paint the Night" parade will return with vibrant floats and more than a million brilliant LED lights. The beloved nighttime spectacular "Wondrous Journeys" will also return to dazzle guests at Disneyland® Park, enhanced with fireworks on select nights. At Disney California Adventure® Park, visitors can experience the new “World of Color Happiness!” nighttime spectacular as well as the high-energy parade "Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration!"

Downtown Disney®

Recent new openings at Downtown Disney like Avengers Reserve, The D-Lander Shop, and Parkside Market mark the continued transformation of the Downtown Disney® District, with more excitement coming including Disney Wonderful World of Sweets in early 2025.

Hotel Happenings

Don't miss the sophisticated new Broken Spell Lounge, inspired by "Sleeping Beauty," which recently opened at Disneyland® Hotel. Enjoy sips and small bites surrounded by a lush forest setting.

Choose from the curated wine menu, or select a specialty cocktail like the Old Fashioned, Bramble, or Martini. If you're hungry, the kitchen offers everything from savory steak frites to a molten chocolate cake adorned with almonds and Luxardo cherries.

New Attractions

Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Disneyland® Park is now open! Guests can embark on a musical journey inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios' "The Princess and the Frog." The enchantment of the bayou will be illuminated by a celebration during Mardi Gras season hosted by Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen. You'll be introduced to a brand-new cast of original Disney characters with distinct names and personalities, as well as new, original music alongside your favorite tunes from the film.

Your MagicBand+ offers a bit of bayou firefly magic aboard the attraction by illuminating and vibrating throughout the journey.

Also at Disneyland® Park, "Walt Disney - A Magical Life" will debut at the Main Street Opera House on May 16, 2025. The attraction will feature a cinematic presentation of Walt Disney's journey, culminating a visit with Walt in his office, brought to life through the magic of Audio-Animatronics storytelling.
