Qualifying members now have access to the complete network of Delta Sky Clubs when they fly with either WestJet or Delta

March 19 - Partners WestJet and Delta announced the launch of reciprocal top-tier benefits.

 

Delta Medallion and WestJet Rewards members have been earning miles and WestJet dollars on either airline since 2014 and as of today, the airlines are further enhancing their reciprocal offering as part of a shared goal to improve and deepen the advantages for their guests.

 

Qualifying WestJet Business cabin guests and top-tier Rewards members now have access to all Delta Sky Clubs when they fly an eligible itinerary with either WestJet or Delta.

 

In addition, subject to status, top-tier loyalty members of each airline will now enjoy the following when flying with the other carrier worldwide:

• Priority check-in
• Priority boarding
• Access to preferred seats
• Waived seat selection fees
• Free checked baggage allowance
• Priority baggage drop-off and handling

 

Top-tier loyalty members can also take advantage of priority airport security screening where available. Full details on WestJet Rewards member benefits and eligibility can be found here.

 

Delta and WestJet have an extensive codeshare relationship and offer real-time availability and the ability to purchase tickets in all booking channels. Delta and WestJet guests can also book and pay for seats on any codeshare flight after buying their ticket on delta.com or westjet.com. In addition, guests enrolled in the TSA Pre-Check program have the emblem printed on their boarding passes when travelling with either airline saving time and stress in U.S. airport security lines.

 

The airlines also offer similar onboard amenities such as Wi-Fi and complimentary in-flight entertainment.

 

Both airlines are dedicated to guest care and peace of mind for travellers and employees across every point in the journey during the COVID-19 pandemic.
