Ibiza Gran Hotel is pleased to announce its seasonal reopening on the 3rd of April, with new and exclusive experiences, including a series of Michelin-Starred Four Hands Dinners hosted at La Gaia by Óscar Molina, one of the finest dining destinations in Ibiza.

This season, Ibiza Gran Hotel will host a series of Michelin-Starred chefs at La Gaia by Óscar Molina to mark its annual '4 Manos' culinary collaboration, helping raise Ibiza's status as a leading gastronomic destination. To kick off the season on 13th April, one Michelin Starred chef Óscar Molina will delight diners with guest chef Andreu Genestra. Awarded a Michelin star, a Green star and two Repsol Guide suns, Andreu Genestra focuses on the essence of his native island, Mallorca, sharing the traditional flavours of the island from a more contemporary, creative and organic standpoint. Also joining the line-up is two Michelin starred chef Paco Roncero, one of the leading interpreters of avant-garde Spanish cuisine.

From April 3rd guests will once again be able to indulge in Ibiza Gran Hotels 187 luxurious and unique suites, whilst enjoying the hotels impeccable service, world class restaurants, relaxing spa exceptional views of old town of Ibiza and the dazzling marina. This season will also see the addition of a range of exclusive and unique activities for guests to partake in.
