News / Experience Turks and Caicos strengthens team for 2024
The team is fully focused on its mission to optimize collaboration and alignment across the tourism value chain in the Turks and Caicos Islands
Experience Turks and Caicos, responsible for the product development, marketing and promotion of the Turks and Caicos Islands, is starting 2024 with a strong team at the helm.
Led by Change Manager/Interim CEO Racquel Brown, the team includes:
- Kitchandra Penn-McDonald – Human Resources Manager
- Candesha Mills – Product Development Manager
- Laura Dowrich – Public Relations Manager
- Layton Lewis – Events Organizer Specialist
- Gabriel Saunders – Digital Marketing Specialist
- Alverson Lewis – Senior Product Development Expert
- Reggie Dickenson – Grand Turk Customer Service Representative
- Kadeisha Forbes – Grand Turk Customer Service Representative
- Helcyann Selver – Local Representative, North, Middle and East Caicos
Brown says the team is fully focused on its mission to optimize collaboration and alignment across the tourism value chain in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
“Working with our stakeholders by enhancing and developing tourism product in our sister islands and Providenciales is essential to achieving this. We are a multi-island destination that is rich in history and culture, diverse cuisine varies from five star to local favourites, soft adventure coupled with barefoot luxury,” said Brown.
“We need to share our story and for the State of Tourism Conference (SOTIC), for example, we did this. We hosted press trips specifically with the international media to visit North and Middle Caicos, South Caicos and Grand Turk, not just Providenciales,” she added.
Experience Turks and Caicos became operational on July 1, 2023.
