“The Alliance is honored to partner with East Africa Camps as a group committed to eco-friendly accommodation and related services"
Olengoti Eco Safari Camp and Pumzika Luxury Safari Camp have been recognized as recommended lodges in the Maasai Mara National Reserve and Serengeti National Park, respectively. East Africa Camp's commitment to the environment and returning back to the community earned it a spot in the global portfolio of lodges serving national parks around the world.
According to Phillip Imler, Ph.D. President, Global Alliance of National Parks, “The Alliance is honored to partner with East Africa Camps as a group committed to eco-friendly accommodation and related services. They are consistently looking for ways to elevate awareness of educational efforts and are a true partner in protecting the environment and the national parks they serve. East Africa Camps invests in both the local community and the environment demonstrating the importance of giving back. The Alliance is honored to partner with them to serve, promote, and protect the national parks across Kenya and Tanzania.”
East Africa Camps feels extremely proud to be a part of this important project of conservation and awareness that the Global Alliance of National Parks is doing around the world. This partnership means to East Africa Camps that they are on the right path, developing a responsible way of travel which develops and protects the wilderness and local communities of these unique places in Africa.
The mission of the Global Alliance of National Parks is to inspire and develop conservation and protection of the natural resources within the world's national parks through education, promotion, and global community awareness. The GANP envisions a world unified together in recognition, celebration, and protection of the world's national parks.
