The Antigua resort underwent a $13 million renovation
Curtain Bluff resort in Antigua has re-opened for the season with additional enhancements to its public and private spaces for the 2018/2019 season following a $13 million renovation.
All of Curtain Bluff’s 72 spacious beachfront rooms offer pristine ocean views. The resort’s one bedroom Bluff Suites received cosmetic updates including new stone tiling throughout the spaces and each room will receive fresh furnishings as well as soft goods.
Accented with sea foam blues and greens that evoke the surrounding Antiguan waters, the luxe guestrooms are serenaded with verdant palms and drenched in sunlight to create the ultimate oasis. The basketball court will now be serviced for Pickleball, a competitive game that blends badminton, tennis and table tennis.
Curtain Bluff’s beachfront Seagrape restaurant has expanded its kitchen to accommodate lunch and dinner services. With unobstructed ocean views, the intimate restaurant boasts a new dinner menu from Chef Rodrick Beazer that features a beloved blend of Italian-Antiguan fare.
In the evenings, The Seagrape accommodates 40 guests and is perfect for special gatherings, cocktail parties and more.
Curtain Bluff has extended its Beach Concierge service to include Surf Beach on the other side of the bluff. Guests can select a beach according to their mood that fulfills their every need (including drinks, towels, cabanas, hammocks, lounge chairs, etc.) supplied by one of the attentive staff.
Curtain Bluff is now an easier warm-weather winter getaway, as American Airlines will be launching a second direct flight from Miami, Florida starting December 20, 2018.
