Crystal has launched a new state-of-the-art booking engine for travel advisors designed to streamline and enhance the booking experience.

Launched August 1, 2024, the new tool seamlessly integrates into crystalcruises.com, making it simpler and more efficient for travel advisors to manage their cruise bookings.

To ensure a smooth transition, Crystal has developed training resources, including webinars, video tutorials and step-by-step guides. Travel advisors will also have access to a dedicated support team to assist with any issues that may arise.

A&K Travel Group bought Crystal Cruises in June 2022 after the cruise line ran into financial difficulties. Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony made their triumphant return this summer under a reimagined name: Crystal – Exceptional at Sea.
