Due to equipment and product delivery shortage resulting from the Omicron variant that have been unforeseeable and unpreventable, both Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen and Secrets Impression Moxché will delay the opening of their resorts in the best interest of their guests.

In order to provide the highest level of luxury, trusted brand experience and service guests have come to know and expect, Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen will begin welcoming guests on April 18, 2022, while Secrets Impression Moxché will begin welcoming guests on June 1, 2022.

To reaffirm their commitment to valued travel partners, travel agency community, and future guests, the resorts will both be protecting any bookings affected by this change.
