A fellow agent asked the following question about Sandos Hotels & Resorts Mexico properties: “Out of all the Mexican Sandos properties which would you say would be the best for seniors with mobility issues?”

After reading other agent responses and Sandos members this is what the answers are:

Caracol 

If you book your clients at the adults only area it would be ok but there are not many shuttles.

 

Playacar

Playacar has a lot of shuttles and has elevators and ramps. The adult section is near the beach area, so may be easier for those using a walker. If you pick this resort it is recommended to book your clients at the adults section. Notify your clients there will be younger kids at this resort as well.

 

Finisterra

Has different levels but there are a lot of ramps and elevators. It is smaller than Playacar which is easier to transport around. 

 

Cancun

Cancun is the smallest resort so easier to move around.

 

When you decide

When you book your client it is recommended to send an email with your clients booking details to your BDM or the site sales manager so they can ensure the room is assigned accordingly to accommodate your clients' needs.
