Costa Cruises has launched a major redesign of its Costa Extra travel advisor portal, introducing a refreshed interface and streamlined navigation.

The updated platform features a cleaner, more modern layout with reorganized content areas and simplified navigation that make it easier for travel advisors to access booking tools, marketing materials and sales resources.

“Costa has always placed great value on supporting our travel advisors, and this update to Costa Extra reflects that commitment,” said Priscilla Reyes, Head of Sales for Costa Cruises North America. “Every element of the refreshed portal was developed with our travel partners in mind, offering a more intuitive experience. We’re excited for them to discover the improved design and let it inspire the journeys they create for their clients.”

At the top of the homepage, advisors will find a banner menu featuring five main tabs: Booking Tools, Promotions, Costa World, Marketing and How-To.

The Booking Tools section remains a core component of the platform, allowing advisors to search sailings, retrieve bookings and manage reservation details more efficiently.

Beyond booking capabilities, Costa Extra continues to provide advisors with direct access to marketing materials, step-by-step guides, brand content and sustainability resources.

A new side navigation menu has also been introduced, giving advisors quicker access to commonly used tools and content.

Plus, new dedicated sections – Promos, With Costa, Highlights and Latest Comments – allow advisors to stay informed about current promotions, company updates and community activity.

Costa Cruises says the portal will continue to evolve over the coming weeks as additional tools, resources and content are added.
